Evaluating Religion

Every religion claims to be true. Most people inherit the one they grew up with and never seriously evaluate the others. This debate doesn't ask which religion is right — it asks something harder: what would it even mean for a religion to be right, and how would we know? If we can't answer that question first, every religion debate is just people talking past each other. This one won't be.

Transgender individuals deserve for their gender identity to be respected, and trans youth should get access to appropriate gender affirming care.

Transgender people and transgender youth especially are often argued as victims of manipulation or outright called predators. Some people do not believe that gender is something you can choose, and believe young trans people should not be allowed to change any aspect of their gender expression.
