Jordana R.Goodman

Jordana R. Goodman is an assistant professor at Chicago-Kent College of Law and an innovator in residence at MIT. Her scholarship examines intellectual property, attribution, and equity, including how patent systems recognize inventors.

Before entering academia, she spent six years practicing patent prosecution. Her published work includes research on AI inventorship and DABUS, authorship credit, and representation in university patents.
