The Opportunity

Austin is one of the best cities in America for what we are building. Tech-forward, community-driven, full of people who love a good argument. The debate scene here is waiting to happen.

We need someone to make it happen. As the Austin City Ambassador, you will launch and run the SuperDebate community in your city. You host the events. You recruit the members. You find the venues and sponsors. We give you the playbook and the brand.

Why Austin

Austin has a massive young professional and student population hungry for intellectual community. The city already has a thriving meetup culture. Bars, co-working spaces, and event venues are everywhere.

South by Southwest, the university ecosystem, and the tech startup culture create the perfect environment for structured debate. No one is doing it at scale. You would be first.

What You Will Do

◆Host at least one debate event per month using our proven formats
◆Recruit and retain members through local outreach and word of mouth
◆Secure venues (free or sponsored) for your events
◆Connect with local businesses for sponsorship opportunities
◆Represent SuperDebate at local community events and meetups
◆Report on metrics and share feedback with the founding team

Compensation

◆Revenue share on all events and memberships in your region
◆Monthly stipends once you hit activity milestones
◆Equity track for ambassadors who commit long-term (12+ months)
◆Permanent founding ambassador status and recognition
◆Full support from HQ: playbooks, marketing materials, and direct access to the founder
