Scott Santens

Scott Santens has researched and championed universal basic income since 2013. He is the CEO of the ITSA Foundation and the author of “Let There Be Money,” whom author Rutger Bregman called “the most effective basic income activist.” He has written for major outlets and testified before government bodies on basic-income policy.

In the recorded SuperDebate he argued the affirmative: that an unconditional basic income would be net beneficial for American citizens, citing trials from Stockton to Finland.
