Founder Shana Merlin brings improvisational theater into customized workplace learning. Programs use participatory exercises to address communication, persuasion, feedback, teamwork and medical communication.
This profile covers the active corporate-training practice. Merlin Works ended its public improv school in 2025, so older public-class announcements are not current enrollment options. Organizations can inquire about an in-person or virtual session tailored to their participants and goals.
