Story District
Washington, DC personal-storytelling classes that progress from finding a story to rehearsing and performing it.
About Story District
Story District teaches autobiographical storytelling through guided development and feedback. Its current course pathway separates a foundation class from a performance lab, so students can choose between developing a story and preparing to share it onstage.
Foundations runs for four weeks and does not require a performance. The six-week Performance Lab builds on prior introductory study and concludes with a student showcase. Confirm the current schedule and any equivalent-experience placement before enrolling.
