Billing and plan changes
Subscriptions renew monthly or annually. Paid upgrades within the same billing cadence are prorated and activate after payment is verified. Downgrades, cancellation and billing-cadence changes take effect at renewal. Previously published attorney biographies retain a Basic factual page after Premium ends.
