Martin Ford is a futurist and the New York Times bestselling author of Rise of the Robots: Technology and the Threat of a Jobless Future, which won the Financial Times/McKinsey Business Book of the Year Award.
His books also include Rule of the Robots, Architects of Intelligence, and The Lights in the Tunnel. A Silicon Valley software entrepreneur, he has a computer engineering degree from the University of Michigan and a graduate business degree from UCLA.
